About: The Handball Academy Legacy

The Fist Theory™ Handball Academy carries forward the name and spirit of the original Handball Academy, first created by Larry Shockey in 2013.

Original Site: HandballAcademy.org.

For years, the original Handball Academy provided information, guidance, and educational resources to the fisting community. When its creator chose to step away from the project, he entrusted Fist Theory with the Academy and its content so that his work could be preserved and continue to benefit the community.

Fist Theory gratefully acknowledges Larry Shockey for his pioneering work, his contribution to fisting education, and his trust in allowing us to carry the Handball Academy forward.

Today's Handball Academy has evolved considerably in structure, curriculum, and scope, but its name recognizes the foundation and legacy of the Academy that came before it.

Key: Academy Course Key/Legend

Science Course Indicates the article focuses on content that can be observed or measured objectively.

Courses may have specialized content such as video demos, step-by-step procedures, DIY instruction, or commentary from seasoned fisters.

Additionally, each course has supplemental information which includes lesson objectives and teaching presentations in the event you are providing group seminars.
